Where do you ship to?
Generally anywhere but if your location is not processing through our shipping system please contact us for support. There are also some instances where certain countries may not allow for the import of natural fibers, which we use in our cushion fillings.
Please note that our overseas customers (outside of U.S) will be responsible for any import duties and customs requirements applied by their home country.

Shipping Timing:
Most of our product is custom built to order, so we typically ship within 5-7 days via UPS or USPS. We do not offer expedited shipping as an option at checkout given that we build product to order.If your order is time sensitive please contact us and we will do our best to support your needs.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you using the email provided during checkout when your order ships.
Return Window:
We accept product returns in unused condition within 7 days of purchase.Overall though we want you to be happy with your purchase! Please review product images carefully as well as dimensions provided. Contact us via the link if you have questions or would like more information.
How do I return an order?
All returns are at customers expense. Customers must ensure goods are securely packed for safe return transit and product is in unused condition.Once returns have been received, items are inspected for any use/damage, after that we will issue a refund for the cost of the items. No refunds are given for shipping charges.
