As a result, you may notice different carriers being used for shipments, depending on your location and the most efficient option available. This helps us ensure that your orders reach you in the best possible condition and timeframe.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the carrier's rates, the destination, and the weight and dimensions of your package. These costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, allowing you to review and understand your total before finalizing your order. Please note that shipping rates may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Timeframes: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on the carrier’s information. Please note that these are only estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs and import duties may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment's progress and know when to expect delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order or a replacement as soon as possible.
Shipping Restrictions: Certain products or destinations may have shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative solutions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at semiwear1@gmail.com. Please note that different products, and different situations, may have different locations in which your returns will need to be sent to. Therefore, it is required that you contact us first before initiating any returns so we can give you the correct mailing address. We will not accept returns without prior contact with us, and we are not responsible for any actions you take without our approval.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
